This is one of the major stages of the Road Plan, launched in 2010 and aimed at rehabilitating the black spots on the Walloon motorway and strategic trunk road network. The R9 rehabilitation site is important for locals and residents not only in terms of mobility, but also visually, as most of its constituent parts go to make up the urban landscape.
