The structural activities of a project are carried out by our own experts, whilst the finish is subcontracted to reliable and skilled subcontractors and specialised companies.

As a principal contractor, WILLEMEN ensures that the execution of every project is meticulously followed up with regards to quality, planning and budget. In order to guarantee a successful follow-up of the projects, the building site and project managers are in close contact with the client, the architect and the engineering office on the one hand, and with the people executing the job on the other hand.
