Willemen Real Estate is part of the WILLEMEN GROUP.

WILLEMEN GROUP comprises of several companies active in the construction sector, ranging from suppliers to contracting companies and project development. Due to the complementary nature of the construction companies, the group offers its customers an overall solution in civil engineering, industrial construction, the residential segment and general utility construction. Apart from general contracting, the group has some specific subcontractors within its own ranks, such as, for instance, pile foundations, roof sealing, sanity fittings, HVAC and raised floors. The solid basis of the group lies in Belgium, but challenged by many foreign opportunities, WILLEMEN GROUP has strong international ambitions and is already active in several European countries.

Willemen Real Estate is situated in Mechelen, but is active in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. We are specialised in qualitative new apartments, ranging from 10 to 100 housing units, and we are also expanding our experience with mixed-use projects (retail, houses, etc.) and offices.  The company started out in 2001 under the name ‘BCS Investissement’, meanwhile we have changed the name to ‘Willemen Real Estate’.

Through the support of the other companies of the WILLEMEN GROUP, more specifically contracting company Willemen General Contractor; we take on the construction process in an integrated manner in order to achieve the best solutions.
