We care about the future. Year after year we bring more sustainable housing units to the market and increase the quality of real estate. We have, for instance, become a major player in the Belgian real estate market.

We aim for a low level of energy for our apartments and houses, lower than enforced by building permit conditions. In offices, this translates into aiming to meet a high BREEAM classification.

One of our other advantages in the aim for a sustainable future is creating green inner areas in our projects.  Rest and relaxation are keywords that suit us well in a pleasant environment – rural or urban.

We offer our customers a qualitatively finished apartment at a competitive price, with guidance and site visits during the construction process.

We meet these objectives because of our motivated employees and the interaction/integration with contracting company Willemen General Contractor.
