Central heat production using a hybrid setup of 2 gas wall boilers (100 kW each) in cascade and a CHP unit (Pth 19 kW/Pe 9 kW) with combi-loop.
In the apartments, living stations are provided that supply the radiators and also produce sanitary hot water. Ventilation via individual ventilation system D.
