In this public-private partnership, former city warehouses made way for an entirely new district. This large-scale urban development project, just a stone’s throw from the centre of Lier, was completed in two phases and includes the expansion of Lier’s Academy of Fine Arts (Stedelijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten), the construction of 149 new homes, and an underground car park.
