Construction of a new five-storey building. Refurbishment of the existing Perex building and connection to the new infrastructure.

  • 5 levels of 800 m2 each
  • superposition of each level in cantilever
  • seismic resistance (Eurocode 8) using mainly concrete and steel
  • 2,000 m3 of reinforced concrete (total weight 5,000 TO)
  • passive building with thermal insulation
  • 160 photovoltaic panels to meet NZEB standards
