Construction of a multi-purpose complex: offices, residences, commercial space and parking.
The building has a ground floor and five upper floors. It is built as a U-shaped building with a glass dome covering the entrance walkway.
The second and fourth floors have a footbridge that connects the two wings of the building to each other.
The ground floor and five upper floors are equipped with cooling ceilings and ventilation.  A building management system has been installed.

Number of floors above ground: ground floor and five upper floors.
Number of floors below ground: 1.

All construction phases were implemented consecutively.

  • Phase 1: Demolition – groundwater lowering – foundation/secant piles
  • Phase 2: One underground level, parking, basements, plant rooms
  • Phase 3: ground floor, street side: commercial areas and inner-lying parts alongside the entrance walkway: offices
  • Phase 4: floors, apartments and offices on the street side and offices in the inside part.

Willemen Construct came into being on 1 July 2018 as a result of the merger between Willemen General Contractor and the construction department of Kumpen.
