Construction of 52 assisted living flats in four residential pavilions. The pavilions are two storeys high and have a full basement. They are connected to a central service pavilion by an underground corridor system. Each floor of the pavilions contains six to eight service flats and one meeting room per corridor. All rooms are accessible by wheelchair and the levels can be reached by lift. The central multifunctional pavilion contains a brasserie, a meeting room, a kiné and fitness room, a wellness, a laundry and a consultation room. This pavilion also has a green roof. The construction took place in two phases. In the first phase, the central pavilion and three residential pavilions were built, to which the nursing home residents moved. The second phase included the demolition of the current building and the construction of the fourth residential pavilion.
