Construction of a new commercial center at "Chaussée de Namur" in Nivelles.

After the demolition of an existing complex a new building of 6,200 m² will be build, spread over 4 retail units.

The existing high hall (9.50 m) is stripped and rebuilt around the steel structure. The 3 other units (with a clearance of +/- 6.50 meters) will be increased of a new concrete structure.

The entire outer construction (+/- 5,500 m²) is part of our mission.
