Construction of a new distribution center for Multipharma. The project consists of a distribution center of +/- 10,000 m², an e-commerce zone, a multipurpose hall, social  spaces, offices, technical spaces, a stockroom and outside spaces.
The structural works, finishing, surrounds and technical installations are all part of the assignment.

This distribution centre for Multipharma received the "BIM Award of the Year" in the 'Industrial Projects' category at the very first edition of the BIM Awards at the end of 2017. Special in this project is that a central server was set up with all partners as a fixed location for all aspect models. This not only ensured optimal coordination, but also kept everyone completely up-to-date throughout the project.
