Flemish Administrative Centre - Ghent

Description

The Flemish Administrative Centre (VAC) is a true landmark at St. Peter’s station. The highlight of the building is the 22-storey Virginie Loveling Tower. The tower reaches up to 90 metres, making it the third tallest building in Ghent. It has been the workplace of 1,500 Flemish civil servants since 2014. With a K-value of 18 and an E-level of 50, the building was awarded 4 stars for sustainability by the Flemish government.

Willemen Construct came into being on 1 July 2018 as a result of the merger between Willemen General Contractor and the construction department of Kumpen.
