Lidl Biestebroeck - Anderlecht

Description

The existing Lidl shop in the Anderlecht district of Biestebroeck will make way for a mixed new-build project comprising, in addition to the largest Lidl supermarket in our country (1,741m²), 43 flats, an underground car park with 163 spaces spread over two levels and two commercial spaces. The flats (37) are spread over three residential volumes on and next to the retail space along Paul Marchantstraat and a building volume along Bergensesteenweg (6 units).

The building will have a green roof, photovoltaic panels and charging points for electric vehicles.

This project is an in-house development by Willemen Real Estate.

Willemen Real Estate is the Willemen Groep’s project development department.

Willemen Construct came into being on 1 July 2018 as a result of the merger between Willemen General Contractor and the construction department of Kumpen.
